Airstream Food Trucks
Coco Van Airstream Lounge
The Coco Bistro is a 1974 Airstream now serving as a bar and grill in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
In January of 2016 Andy Murphie from fold4 ltd. design consultancy from London, UK contacted us to source and build an Airstream for this project. The trailer we found was a 1974 27ft and we started the build.
We removed the interior, repaired the sub-floor and then installed a new sub-floor covering. We installed two serving hatches and wrapped the interior walls with special pre-coated aluminum.
After polishing the exterior, new LED exterior lighting was installed. This upgrade also included new aluminum wheels and tires. The final step for our part was the installation of new Zip Dee Awnings. We then shipped it to Uni-Source in Hialeah, Fl to have the kitchen equipment installed.

The Transformation Process
This 1969 Airstream Overlander was ordered by a customer in France to be used as a vending unit. The trailer exterior was polished and the interior was gutted, rewired, re-insulated and new interior metal was installed. Also installed were twin full length Zip Dee Awnings and a custom built serving hatch.
We have various length trailers available for this same type of application which we are able to custom build and deliver anywhere.
